Returns and Refunds

Every HOL SUM piece is handmade to order by Rebecca Peebles in Denver, Colorado. Because each piece is made for you, returns are accepted only for items that arrive defective.

What counts as defective: a flaw in construction, such as loose or missing beads, a broken thread, or a damaged or failing clasp or chain. Natural variation between handmade pieces, small differences from the photos in bead color or pattern, and a change of mind are not defects.

How to report a defect: email home.safe.projects.co@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the problem. I will reply within 2 business days with next steps.

Your remedy: for an approved defect claim, I will repair or replace the piece, or refund the item’s purchase price. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Other returns: I cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective.
